Content and Brand Permissions

COOUP is operated by MOOMENN LLC, United States. This agreement applies to merchants that connect a store or supply content to COOUP and to creators who use that content through COOUP.

A merchant confirms that it owns its product and brand content, or has the rights needed to provide it; that the content does not infringe another person’s intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights; and that product claims, prices, availability, shipping information, and safety information are accurate and kept current.

The merchant grants COOUP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, cache, format, resize, display, and distribute the merchant’s approved product and brand content on COOUP surfaces for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. The licence ends when the underlying content is removed, except for normal cache-refresh periods and copies retained for legal or audit purposes.

While a product remains synced and available through COOUP, the merchant grants participating creators a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free permission to use the approved product names, images, videos, descriptions, logos, trademarks, and other brand assets made available through COOUP solely for genuine promotion linked through COOUP attribution.

• The permission does not transfer ownership of a trademark or brand asset.
• Use must be honest and must not imply a partnership, endorsement, or agency relationship beyond the COOUP attribution.
• The merchant or COOUP may end the permission for future use. Existing cached or already-distributed copies may remain briefly while removal propagates.

Creators must own their original contributions or have the rights needed to publish them. They must represent products truthfully and clearly disclose any material connection, including commission eligibility or anything else of value, in a way that is easy to notice and understand with the endorsement itself. Creators must follow applicable United States advertising law and any additional law that applies where their audience is located.

Creators grant COOUP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, cache, format, display, and distribute their contributions on COOUP surfaces and to allow the associated merchant to display those contributions for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

Merchants and creators must not present fully synthetic product imagery as genuine, use a cloned or synthetic person as though they were real, or materially alter a product’s appearance, characteristics, condition, or results in a misleading way. Ordinary cropping, resizing, captions, and faithful colour correction are allowed. Any AI assistance that could mislead a reasonable viewer about a product or person must be clearly disclosed or must not be used.

COOUP may remove or restrict content that appears to breach this agreement, the Terms of Service, applicable law, or another person’s rights. Where reasonable, COOUP will notify the affected party.

Anyone who believes content on COOUP infringes their rights can use the Report Content page or email support@cooup.co. A report should identify the protected work or right, identify the reported content and its location, provide the reporter’s contact details, explain the issue in good faith, and confirm that the information supplied is accurate. COOUP may request further information and will review valid notices promptly.

Removing content ends permission for new use. Cached copies may remain until normal refresh completes, and limited archival copies may be retained where reasonably required for legal, security, dispute, or audit purposes.

This agreement is governed by applicable United States federal and state law. It does not override mandatory rights or laws that cannot legally be waived, and it does not select an exclusive state court or venue.
