Getting started
- Merchants: install the COOUP Shopify app, choose products, set a commission, and your store goes live in the marketplace.
- Promoters: create a free account, pick products you genuinely like, and share your tracked link with your audience.
- You only get paid when a real, attributed sale happens — no upfront cost, no risk.
Troubleshooting
- Shopify not connecting? Make sure you’re logged into the correct store and have admin access.
- Sale didn’t track? The buyer must reach the store through your COOUP link in the same browser session. Ad blockers can interfere.
- Payout not arriving? Check that your Stripe payout details are complete in your profile.
